The mandate of this rental property client was to generate revenue for the application by acquiring new customers for their online rent comparison service. A quick solution was developed and worked on over time. The goal was to position the brand for people in the field, while demonstrating the benefits of using the app in this environment. To do this, we made a presentation website for the application as well as a blog. We then combined the power of advertising to accelerate distribution and acquisition.
Search campaigns with Google were able to position the brand with their audience for very little. Combined with a remarketing strategy on the display network and Facebook, we were able to keep the brand appealing to customers with graphic and video content. Facebook was still a great source of low cost acquisition, however, hard to beat good SEO and copywriting work.
