As part of his duties, Gabriel will be responsible for defining the strategic CRM vision, ensuring the onboarding process and taking care of some technical details related to the marketing technology of customer accounts. He will also be responsible for creating a personalized customer experience on the various digital communication platforms in order to maximize the acquisition and lifetime value of prospects and customers.
He will also support the team in defining the technology needs of the client base and implementing a new CRM and customer data platform, if required. In collaboration with the team, he/she will help solidify our partnership with our clients to maximize their growth. Finally, he will work to establish budgets, resources, timelines and promotional planning for the various projects implemented.
Gabriel holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing from ESG UQAM and is an undeniable asset to our team. Passionate about information technology, Gabriel is constantly seeking to learn and use the latest techniques. With his years of experience in the field of CRM and technological solutions in the accounting industry, he will definitely be a strategic player for our clients and our team!
